At Diablo Oral Surgery & Implant Center, we make every effort to provide you with the finest surgical care and convenient payment options. We welcome the opportunity to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding financial arrangements for your treatment. We will provide you with the surgical fees and estimated insurance coverage. We can assist you in understanding your insurance coverage and arranging outside financing through Care Credit.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment is due at the time service is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 925-827-0202.

Insurance

We work with you and your insurance carrier to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. We will contact your insurance for eligibility and plan benefits. However, your insurance will not authorize treatment over the phone. They will only provide a description of your coverage. Please bring both your dental and medical insurance information with you to your first appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage. Insurance estimates are not a guarantee of payment. Most insurance companies usually respond within four to six weeks. Any balance remaining once your insurance carrier has paid the contracted portion is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

Please be aware that not all medical insurance companies will consider payment for oral surgery. Our Patient Treatment Coordinator will review your plan coverage with you at your initial appointment.
